How Does the Export Process Work?
Step 1 — Send Your Requirements Fill in the inquiry form below with your equipment list, quantities, destination country, and required delivery timeline.
Step 2 — Receive Your Quotation (within 24 hours) Our export team prepares a detailed proforma invoice with unit prices, total FOB/CIF value, HS codes, and estimated shipping costs.
Step 3 — Confirm & Pay Confirm the order via purchase order or proforma acceptance. Pay via T/T bank transfer, Letter of Credit, or DA/DP terms.
Step 4 — Production & Quality Check We manufacture or pick from stock, conduct a full quality inspection, and prepare export packing (double-corrugated export cartons, foam padding, moisture-proof wrapping).
Step 5 — Shipment & Documentation We dispatch from Ambala to the nearest ICD/port and provide complete documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (GSP/non-GSP), Quality Certificate, and any country-specific certificates.
Step 6 — Delivery Tracking You receive the Bill of Lading and shipment tracking number. Typical sea freight transit: 18–35 days depending on destination.
