All internal joints argon arc welded, ground, and polished for crevice-free internals. Moulded joint-less silicon rubber gasket for leak-proof operation. Lid & Safety: Radial locking lid ensures safe and secure closure. Equipped with pressure gauge, spring-loaded safety valve, double safety valve, manual exhaust valve, vacuum breaker, and water level indicator. Drain valve facilitates easy chamber cleaning. Electrical & Controls: Miniature circuit breaker for mains ON/OFF and control panel safety. Efficient heaters reduce power consumption. Optional Semi-Automatic Features: Automatic pressure control switch. Automatic low water cut-off system. Microprocessor-based digital temperature indicator/controller with set value, process valve, and digital timer.
