Automated Block Embedding Station: A microprocessor-controlled, two-piece tissue embedding system comprising a heated paraffin station and a separate cold plate. Paraffin reservoir capacity of 4–5 liters with Teflon-coated tank; temperature adjustable from 50°C to 75°C in 5°C increments, equipped with thermal protection. Touch display screen with integrated capacitive touch keys for hot paraffin control, along with a touch screen protector. Paraffin flow is activated via an adjustable, pivoting clip, operable manually by pressing or through an optional foot switch, with controllable flow rate and volume. Displays start and end working times, weekly operating day settings, and real-time clock through integrated capacitive touch controls. Features a continuously adjustable paraffin flow rate and a cooling unit with an integrated cold spot for mega cassettes.
