Features: Heavy-gauge SS construction – inner/outer chamber, steam jacket, and boiler fully made of stainless steel. Thermal insulation – glass wool filling between outer chamber and steam jacket minimizes heat loss. Hydraulically tested to 2.5× working pressure for enhanced safety. Steam boiler fitted with water level indicator, pressure gauge, low water cut-off device, and automatic pressure control . Safety valves fitted on both boiler and chamber to protect personnel from accidental overpressure. Drain valve at side bottom for easy cleaning and draining. Two separate valves for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jacket . Single-point multiport valve to control sterilization cycle. Chamber discharge line with moisture trap to prevent material from getting wet. Automatic vacuum breaker standard for safe vacuum release. Flanged immersion-type heating element provides rapid pressure formation and is protected by a low water cut-off device. Triple safety features – Piezo state automatic pressure control system , spring-loaded safety valve , and dead weight release valve . Operates on 220/230V or 440V, 3-phase, 50Hz AC supply .
