Telescope Tube : Brass pipe, O.D. 50 mm, I.D. 44 mm. Rack & pinion focusing for accurate spectral line observation. Eyepiece : Ramsden type, 10× magnification, with conical pointer in the focal plane. Optics : Corrected achromatic doublets fitted in lens holders of both collimator and telescope. Doublet: Diameter 44 mm, Focal Length 350 mm (14″). Prism Table : Mounted on a machined cast iron plate, actuated by tangent screw for smooth rotation. Sufficient gap provided between collimator lens and prism table to accommodate Fabry–Perot Etalon for high-resolution studies.
